JOB SUMMARY:

Accountant

The Accountant performs general accounting duties such as journal entries and inventory count by utilizing appropriate accounting control procedures.

The accountant assists the finance and accounting department in creating accurate and timely financial records for the organization according to the local accounting standards and Boecker® internal policies and procedures.

Candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Accounting and have at least 2 years of market experience in accounting, stock control, accounts payable and payroll.

Proficiency in Arabic and English is a must.

Area Sales Manager

The Area Sales Manager works to improve Boecker® market position and achieve financial growth. This role defines short and long term sales strategic goals, builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

The Area Sales Manager directs, trains and provides leadership to a sales team towards the achievement of the set targets and budget, in line with Boecker® vision and values while ensuring the proper growth of all lines of businesses (LOBs).

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent and have at least 8 years of experience, 3 of which are in Sales/Business Development Management in Saudi market.

Proficiency in English  is a must.

Client Service Officer

The Client Service Officer follows up on clients’ programs in all Boecker® lines of business and ensures client satisfaction through courtesy calls and visits.

The CSO handles client callbacks, consults with clients about their needs, analyzes client feedback, and suggests changes to management with a consistent focus on making Boecker® clients “extremely satisfied”.

The CSO also assist the Client Service Manager in conducting internal audits to monitor the performance of Boecker® programs and ensure teams are following Boecker® standards.

Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and have at least 3 years of experience in client service or related field is required.

Proficiency in English and Arabic is a must.

Collection Officer

The Collection Officer receives and handles the accounting of funds paid to Boecker® and contributes in in the Collection Unit activities to achieve stated and agreed upon targets and standards for collection and cash flow performance.

The ideal candidate should hold a BA in Business Administration or equivalent and have at least 1 year of experience in accounts receivable.

Proficiency in English is a must.

 

Executive Assistant to the Managing Director

The Executive Assistant to MD provides administrative and management assistance functions including but not limited to planning the MD’s schedules and meetings, assisting in time management activities, organizing data, ensuring quality control of all correspondence, making local and international travel arrangements, and scheduling and maintaining information in an efficient advanced filing.

Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent and have at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Proficiency in Arabic and English is a must.

Food Safety Consultant

The Food Safety Consultant designs, initiates and implements Boecker® Food Safety systems efficiently to represent the company and attend to clients’ needs by providing high quality services to its clients at all times while guaranteeing Boecker® value of Excellence.

Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health or Food Sciences or Environmental Health or Nutrition and have at least 3 years of relevant experience in Food Safety, Quality Assurance/Training.

Proficiency in English, Arabic and Urdu is a must.

A local driving license is essential.

 

 

Group Social Media Senior Officer

A Group Social Media Senior Officer is needed with 6 to 8 years of experience preferably in FMCG or Services industries for its HQ in Beirut.

Requirements:

1-BA degree in Advertising, Public Relations, Marketing or equivalent.

2-Experience in setting digital marketing strategies / social media strategies / digital marketing engagements / lead generation / e-commerce marketing services...

Group Supply Chain Coordinator

The Group Supply Chain Coordinator will be held accountable on the following responsibilities:

  • Assisting Branches in procurement planning
  • Processing and following up on purchase orders with supplier, branches and clients
  • Reviewing shipping documents and ensure consistency with country requirements
  • Appointing freight forwarder companies in accordance with guidelines and procedures
  • Coordinating shipping details with suppliers, freight forwarders, branches and clients
  • Handling customs clearance
  • Supervising inventory management system in all branches
  • Providing support to the warehouse keeper.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or transportation or any related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in procurement, logistics and inventory functions
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills

 

HR Manager

The Human Resources Manager (HRM) manages and handles HR functions such as Recruitment and Selection, HR Development, Compensation and Benefits, and Employee Relations in order to meet Boecker® business requirements by attracting, developing and retaining the right talent in the right place.

The HRM carries forward Boecker® vision, mission and values, translates them into departmental vision and objectives, and drives the best out of the department’s team members by supporting and challenging them.

The HRM works within Boecker® corporate strategies and HR policies, guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to meet workforce requirements and support short and long-term business needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Management or equivalent. Masters or professional certification is a plus.
  • At least 6 years of operational and strategic HR experience, including 3 years in a senior position.

HR Officer

The HR Officer performs HR-related duties related to Recruitment and Selection, HR Development, Compensation and Benefits, and Employee Relations in order to meet Rentokil Boecker® business requirements by attracting, developing and retaining the right talent in the right place.

Requirements:
1-Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Management or equivalent
2-At least 2 years of experience in general HR functions
3-Knowledge and experience in local labor law, employee benefits, employee relations.
 

Operations Coordinator

The Operations Coordinator supports all operations officers in the unit for smooth-running of the day-to-day operations and an exceptional client service to ensure proper execution of the pest management services as per Boecker® standards. Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Agribusiness, Environmental Science or equivalent or equivalent and have at least 1 years of relevant experience preferably in the UAE. Proficiency in English is a must, Arabic is a plus.

Sales Consultant

The Sales Consultant inspects the market and sells Boecker® services and products through highly dynamic prospecting, solid relationship building, client presentations, proposal pricing and writing, contract negotiation, and efficient marketing tools and activities.

Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.

At least 2 years of experience is required in outdoor Sales and Marketing/B2B selling in the Jordanian market. A local driving license is a must.

Sales Consultant - Food Safety

The Sales Consultant inspects the market and sells Boecker® services and products through highly dynamic prospecting, solid relationship building, client presentations, proposal pricing and writing, contract negotiation, and efficient marketing tools and activities. Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales and Marketing, Food Science, Food Technology or any relevant field. At least 2 years of experience in required in outdoor Sales and Marketing/B2B selling in the Saudi market.

Sales Coordinator - Food Safety

The Sales Coordinator provides administrative support to the Sales Team to ensure a smooth running of the day-to-day operations in addition to handling promptly all clients’ communications.

Ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent and have at least 1 year of experience in administrative or similar job.

Technical Engineering Officer

The Technical Engineering Officer (TEO) provides Pest Management technical information support to field technicians, operations staff as well as clients, handles technical deficiencies at clients’ premises, follows up on improving them and ensures the proper execution of services using the proper chemicals and tools.
The TEO also delivers effective technical training sessions to Rentokil Boecker® internal and external clients.

Requirements:
1- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or entomology
2- At least 2 years of relevant experience in the agriculture sector
