JOB SUMMARY:

Accountant

The Accountant performs general accounting duties such as journal entries and inventory count by utilizing appropriate accounting control procedures.

The accountant assists the finance and accounting department in creating accurate and timely financial records for the organization according to the local accounting standards and Boecker® internal policies and procedures.

Candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Accounting and have at least 2 years of market experience in accounting, stock control, accounts payable and payroll.

Proficiency in Arabic and English is a must.

Collection Officer

The Collection Officer receives and handles the accounting of funds paid to Boecker® and contributes in in the Collection Unit activities to achieve stated and agreed upon targets and standards for collection and cash flow performance.

The ideal candidate should hold a BA in Business Administration or equivalent and have at least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable.

Proficiency in English is a must.

Executive Assistant to the Managing Director

The Executive Assistant to MD provides administrative and management assistance functions including but not limited to planning the MD’s schedules and meetings, assisting in time management activities, organizing data, ensuring quality control of all correspondence, making local and international travel arrangements, and scheduling and maintaining information in an efficient advanced filing.

Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent and have at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Proficiency in Arabic and English is a must.

Food Safety Consultant

The Food Safety Consultant designs, initiates and implements Boecker® Food Safety systems efficiently to represent the company and attend to clients’ needs by providing high quality services to its clients at all times while guaranteeing Boecker® value of Excellence.

Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Food Sciences, Environmental Health or Nutrition, and have at least 3 years of relevant experience in Food Safety, Quality Assurance/Training.

Proficiency in English  is a must.

Operations Officer

The Operations Officer ensures effective appointment scheduling, team dispatching, and execution of the pest management services as per Boecker® standards.

The Operations Officer also works with a client-oriented attitude in order to offer an exceptional client experience.

Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Agriculture or Environmental Science, and have at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Proficiency in  English is a must.

Operations Officer - Business

The Operations Officer ensures effective appointment scheduling, team dispatching, and execution of the pest management services as per Boecker® standards.

The Operations Officer also works with a client-oriented attitude in order to offer an exceptional client experience.

Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Agriculture or Environmental Science, and have at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Regional Technical and Fumigation Senior Officer

The Regional Technical and Fumigation Senior Officer prepares Integrated Pest Management trainings and trains all branches’ pest management professionals helping  them to deliver the Company’s foundation, training for technicians, crew leaders and supervisors.

He is responsible of  developing, reviewing and updating all manuals, SOPs and policies, and for the standardization of all scientific methods related to pest management services and products across the MENAT region. 

In addition to the above, the Regional Technical and Fumigation Senior Officer Develops and runs a test unit/laboratory for experimental studies to identify and treat new pests’ problems, manages field trial of new products and provides technical assistance for sales and operations personnel including site/client visits, inspections, evaluation of results and reporting.

 

Requirements:

* BA degree in Biology, Food Science, Chemistry or equivalent.

* 6-8 years of experience in Pest Management, Germ Control, or any related field. 

Sales Consultant

The Sales Consultant inspects the market and sells Boecker® services and products through highly dynamic prospecting, solid relationship building, client presentations, proposal pricing and writing, contract negotiation, and efficient marketing tools and activities.

Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.

At least 2 years of experience is required in outdoor Sales and Marketing/B2B selling in the Jordanian market. A local driving license is a must.

Sales Consultant - Food Safety

The candidates for this position will use their sales skills and expertise to expand Rentokil Boecker client portfolio.Through effective communication and consulting approach, the sales consultants will promote Rentokil Boecker Air Quality services and technologies.

Responsibilities:

1- Acting as an ambassador for Air Quality and Germ Control services

2- Expanding Clients portfolio through adequate promotion and sales of services and bundles

3- Performing consultancy field visits and reporting on hygiene levels and recommendations

4- Performing audits and monitoring air quality and setting recommendations for clients

Requirements:

1- 2 to 4 years of experience in sales preferably in healthcare, medical and hygiene.

2- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, marketing, microbiology or a similar field.

3- Remarkable attention to details and analytical skills.

4- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic

5- Candidate should be residing in UAE (Abu Dhabi).

6- Valid UAE driving license

Sales Consultant - Food Safety

The Sales Consultant inspects the market and sells Boecker® services and products through highly dynamic prospecting, solid relationship building, client presentations, proposal pricing and writing, contract negotiation, and efficient marketing tools and activities.

Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales and Marketing, Food Science, Food Technology or any relevant field. At least 2 years of experience is required in outdoor Sales and Marketing/B2B selling in the UAE market.

A local driving license is a must.

Sales Consultant - Germ Control

The Sales Consultant inspects the market and sells Boecker® services and products through highly dynamic prospecting, solid relationship building, client presentations, proposal pricing and writing, contract negotiation, and efficient marketing tools and activities.

Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales and Marketing, Food Science, Food Technology or any relevant field.

At least 2 years of experience is required in outdoor Sales and Marketing/B2B selling in the Saudi market.

A local driving license is a must.

Sales Consultant - Pest Management

The Sales Consultant inspects the market and sells Boecker® services and products through highly dynamic prospecting, solid relationship building, client presentations, proposal pricing and writing, contract negotiation, and efficient marketing tools and activities.

Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales and Marketing, Food Science, Food Technology or any relevant field.

At least 2 years of experience is required in outdoor Sales and Marketing/B2B selling in the chosen market.

A local driving license is a must.

Sales Coordinator

The Sales Coordinator provides administrative support to the Sales Team to ensure a smooth running of the day-to-day operations in addition to handling promptly all clients’ communications.

Ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent and have at least 1 year of experience in administrative or similar job.

Telesales Consultant

The Customer Success Telesales Consultant (CSTC) develops and maintains long-term business relationships with existing clients.

Each CSTC will be assigned a specific portfolio of clients to manage based on a predefined criteria that would consider the number of accounts and the value of the renewal portfolio.

Main Duties:

  • Achieving their individual renewal targets.
  • Providing clients with a personalized after sales service.
  • Building strong relations with existing clients through regular checkups and courtesy calls.
  • Evaluating client satisfaction reports and early risk assessments and ensuring proactive corrective measures.
  • Evaluating opportunities to grow and expand Rentokil Boecker’s offering to existing clients and referring them to the relevant Sales/Trade Consultants.
  • Maintaining existing customer success metrics and data as directed.
  • Serving as day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, building trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and documenting them.
  • Solving the most tactical and strategic problems for Rentokil Boecker customers as well as identifying opportunities for expansion.
  • Acting as the “trusted advisor” who supports and guides our customers to be successful using our products and benefiting from our services.
  • Demonstrating deep understanding of Rentokil Boecker’s core services and product features. 
  • Maintaining accurate records and documenting all customer service activities and discussions.

Requirments: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of experience in communications, marketing, sales, account management, or customer success.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Time management skills.
  • Multi-tasking abilities.
